Company Policies

  • Applicable for official website purchases only.

  • Return and refund are accepted within 7 days of your original purchase.(please check your goods once you received them. If there is any defect, please contact us immediately for return and refund within 7 days)

  • Iohayo has the right to reject return and refund after 7 days.

  • Return and refund are only applicable for unused products. 

  • Iohayo will cover shipping fees for the return of a product presenting quality issue.

  • Shipping fees of $50 will be deducted from the total refunded amount for items not presenting quality issues.

  • Customers are allowed to do an exchange for color and size within 7 days after the product has arrived. Shipping fee of $7 should be paid in advance. 

  • For changing to a lower price product, the price difference will not be compensated (not with money or items)

  • For changing to higher price product, customer needs to pay for the price difference 
     

RETURN PROCEDURE:

For items not presenting any quality issues (Only applicable to unused product):

  1. Fill up this Returns and Exchange Form.

  2. Successful applicant will be notified via email within 2-3 working days

  3. Successful applicant will be directed to return the product via Singpost to this address: Iohayo Pte Ltd at 194 Pandan Loop #04-19 Singapore 128383. Shipping cost will be bear by customer. Alternatively, we are able to arrange for our courier to pick up. Picking up cost will be an additional S$50, deductible from the refund.

  4. Refund will be given once the product received in good condition.

  5. An email of refund verification would be sent out.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

  1. Return should be made after customer gets an email notification stating a successful refund application.

  2. Iohayo has the right to reject return or refunds where application are not meeting terms and conditions stated above.

For items presenting quality issues:

  1. Fill up this Returns and Exchange Form.

  2. Indicate quality issue you are having in the message box

  3. Our Iohayo Customer Service staff will contact you directly within 5-7 working days.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

  1. 1 to 1 exchange are accepted within 180 days of your original purchase strictly for several quality issues mentioned below:

    1. Physical defects upon received. 

  2. All exchange and return shipping fees will be covered by Iohayo.

  3. Iohayo has the right to reject return or refund where applications are not meeting the terms and condition stated above.
